2. The temperature of frozen meat normally controlled at Minus 35.6-59 Degrees Fahrenheit
-Inspection method: The hardness of frozen meat can be felt by hand and the meat can be pinched with fingernails. If it is deep, it means that the meat is soft. It will cause the meat to be cut into pieces and slipped
-Fresh meat must be frozen for 48 hours at a temperature Minus 50 Degrees Fahrenheit before being sliced
